Sage 200 Pro Prompting to Install - National Issue, Aug 2023

We are aware of a current national issue affecting Windows 10 Professional computers. Microsoft have pushed out a recent Windows Update which is causing Sage 200 to prompt to install again. Sage are investigating further. Further information is available via our article here:

Typically, it is a quick and easy task to let the install go through and relink Sage, it should then not prompt again.
However we're aware that some machines may prompt for a password at the end of the process, and if the credentials used are not an Administrator user that is also a Sage user, this can cause the prompt to keep appearing.

If you are stuck with this problem please contact Century Support. We will remote in and use our credentials to finalise the install, which should prevent the prompt from reappearing for you.

Similarly, if you receive another error message and the installer will not complete, contact Century Support for us to take a further look for you.
